40, of Durham, N.C., was arrested Aug. 1 at 11:07pm on Route 9G in the Town of Red Hook and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, as well as refusing to take a breath test and failure to keep right, both infractions, according to a Red Hook Police report. She was arraigned in Red Hook Court and released on her own recognizance with tickets to appear in court.
