Nursing home fraud nets 1 arrest

, 26, of Catskill, was arrested Sept. 18 in Livingston and charged with possession of a forged instrument, a felony, according to a State Police report. In April, police investigated a fraud reported by the Livingston Hills Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. , an employee at the nursing home, allegedly took a check that was made payable to someone else, forged the victim’s signature, and cashed the check. She was arraigned and released on her own recognizance.
