Kingston resident charged with impaired driving in Rhinebeck

, 47, a resident of Kingston, was arrested on Nov. 20, 2020 in the Town of Rhinebeck, according to a NY State Police report. was charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs in the first degree, a misdemeanor, and was given tickets to appear in court at a later date.
