Red Hook Police report the arrest of 
26, of Kingston. 
was arrested on Oct. 13 at 5:30 pm and was charged with burglary, a felony, as well as assault, a misdemeanor, and the violation of harassment. Following an investigation, it was determined forcefully entered a residence in the Town of Red Hook and assaulted a person before fleeing the scene. He was arraigned in town court and released on his own recognizance with a future court date.
